Nice for a special occasions; Expensive Wine
The Toby cottage is a nice place to go for a special occasion. The staff treat you well. The food is very nicely cooked and is served hot. Sometimes there is a set price menu which is the best option as the A La carte Menu tends to be a tad pricey. We were appalled at the price of the wine which was out of all proportion for this class of restaurant. We do not regret eating here and would come again for an anniversary etc but not for an everyday meal.
